Sebring – Named the fourth most beautiful town in Florida by The Culture Trip, Sebring is home to more than 100 freshwater lakes, award-winning golf courses, Highland Hammock State Park, and the world-renowned Sebring International Raceway. Originally founded in 1912 by Ohio industrialist George Sebring, the “City on the Circle” continues to extend small-town hospitality marked by warm traditions and solid values. This charm is balanced with the area’s progressive economic growth, which is projected to be the largest in the nation in 2016.

Wauchula and Hardee County make up one of the nation’s top agricultural centers, where prize-winning livestock bring top dollar and sweet Valencia oranges are always in demand. Life in the area offers an abundance of fresh air, friendly neighbors, affordable living, and hometown fun. It’s this slower pace of living that unites the community, makes it safe for children to walk to school, and adds charm to historic downtown shops and restaurants.

Lake Placid has so much to offer, it’s no wonder more and more people are calling it home. Just ask Reader’s Digest, who voted Lake Placid “America’s Most Interesting Town.” Also known as the “Caladium Capital of the World,” it features 26 beautiful hand-painted murals depicting the area’s history, Toby’s Clown School, and the historic Happiness Tower, which rises 270 feet above ground. With more than 27 lakes in the area, popular recreational activities include boating, fishing, and water sports. Citrus groves and farms are also plentiful, providing a local supply of fresh produce year-round.
