AdventHealth Career Experience: Join us at the Heartland Career Expo for an exclusive event designed to be an immersive career experience introducing students, families, and community members to the world of health care. AdventHealth is shaping the future of health care careers, offering hands-on learning and networking opportunities though interactive simulations, real-life scenarios, and professional guidance. Here’s what you can expect:

Sim Lab: Using a Meta Quest 3 headset, guests will learn to perform effective CPR on a real-life CPR dummy with mixed-reality guidance visuals and audio cues to guide them through the process.​

QCPR: An interactive simulation game designed to teach and assess effective CPR techniques. It provides real-time feedback on chest compression depth, rate, and recoil, helping participants refine their life-saving skills. QCPR adds an engaging and educational element to healthcare career exploration.

Operation Unity: The area is comprised of three unique touch screen tabletop games (form of a patient gurney / operating table) each representing a different focus of health care roles within AdventHealth. Each supporting four players per game.

Career Mirror: Augmented Reality “mirrors” designed to educate attendees on the wide variety of roles available within AdventHealth while allowing them to picture themselves as a team member and learn more about each role.
